MEDITATION is not as easy as inhaling and exhaling. we will teach you the fundamental principles and step to build upon your ability to meditate. 

• Learn relaxation, breathing, and – centering techniques; how to reclaim your energy when you get stressed or have negative thoughts or emotions which damage our bodies.
• Learn to find your “calm center,” your space that is always calm and at peace.
• Meditation will help you find the answers within and around yourself.
• Classes may include topics like overcoming stress and anxiety, improving relationships, gaining peace of mind, learning to love, and dealing with anger. You can drop into these classes without having any previous experience in meditation.
